Liza Ruggiero, MA

Liza Ruggiero graduated summa cum laude from Tufts University with a BA in clinical psychology and child development. While at Tufts, she played on the Varsity field hockey team and was the starting defender and team MVP on the 2012 NCAA Division III National Championship team. Liza later went on to earn her MA in professional psychology from William James College. She has over 10 years of experience in a variety of facilitation, coaching, counseling, teaching, and leadership roles and has supported numerous adolescents and adults in making choices that capitalize on their strengths and promote their wellbeing. She currently works as a Personal Development and Leadership Coach to help teams and individuals develop both the self-awareness and the self-assuredness to lead from a place of purpose. She specializes in helping people experiencing life transitions — young adults, emerging leaders, and parents — articulate and achieve their goals while cultivating a life that is rich and full of meaning.
