Leadership Coaching and Group Facilitation

Through developing a trusting relationship and the use of reflective practices, my goal as a Leadership and Performance Coach is to help you develop both the self-awareness and the self-assuredness to make choices that capitalize on your strengths and align with your values, while reaching peak performance and growing as leaders on your team and in your life.
I work with both established and developing leaders, as well as individuals navigating personal challenges, triumphs, and new endeavors. I have a particular interest in helping people experiencing transitions — including young adults, emerging leaders, and parents — articulate and achieve their goals while cultivating a life that is rich and full of meaning. Additionally, I help teams improve performance, achieve cohesion, and cultivate values-driven leadership through experiential learning and group facilitation. I have a master’s degree in Professional Psychology and I am certified as a Leadership and Performance/Executive Coach through the ACT Program at Brown University. I am also a trained mindfulness teacher through Mindful Schools and a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200).
